Rules

I. General:
          The Circuit consist of 5 sections and entry is open to both amateur and professional photographers worldwide. 

II. Entries:

Each entrant may submit a maximum of 4 images per section total 20. Entrants are allowed to submit prints or digital images (CD-JPG) or email at entry@fotexworld.com
  • Prints : should not be less than 8 inches longest side.
  • Digital : should be in jpg format, sRGB, more than 2400px longest side.
  • Email  : zip file. (Template of how to organize folders in .zip – Available at Downloads)
  • Secion:A. Color Projected Images - any subject including creative or experimental shots with digital manipulation.
    •  B. Nature & Wild Life – images can be of flowers, insects, animals; only color corrections & no editing.
    •  C. Landscape – the esthetics and importance of earth, it may be land, waterscapes, lakes, mountains.
    •  D. Special Theme – (i) New year (ii) Love – image describing affection towards mother, child or valentine.
  • File naming format – “country+first name+last name+section+image no.JPG” [ex: usa-john smith-D3.jpg]

The entry fees are to be paid by following the instructions on the website
Catalogue charges 10US$ / 8€ / 160INR including postal charges.
Club discounts are also specified.

IV. Mode of Payment

V. Result

Result will be displayed online on the website.

VI. Judging

The decision of the jury is final and irrevocable.

VII. Auteur right

Each entrant owns the copyright of the submitted images. The entrant permits the organisers to reproduce the entered material free of charge for promotional purposes related to the Circuit, like the catalogue, photo CD/DVD and the website, unless specifically stated otherwise by the entrant on the entry form.

VIII. Rejection

An entry may be rejected when the organisation, in its reasonable discretion, comes to the conclusion that the entry does not conform to Circuit rules and conditions. By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his own. The organisers accept no liability for any misuse of copyright, which remains the inalienable possession of the entrant.
